My oscar fish is begining to rub hisself on the gravel below as if he trying to scratch himself.
He scales are being rub off showing his underskin.
And he is darting around fast at times.
What's going on, is he begining to get sick or does he have an diesase. If so what kind and how can i aid him.

Malachite Green is a general treatment for most of your common tank diseases.

It sounds to me that you're describing a good case of Ick. Follow the directions on the bottle and put up the temp in your aquarium a few degrees. If this continues for another few weeks seek further information.

You really can't do any harm in the above treatment. They usually say repeat the treatment twice.
